Your privacy
Who looks after your information
GO RELICS is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Contact us at williamjwestaway+hostinger@gmail.com.
Launch news and updates
If you join our mailing list, we store your email address, the time you signed up and the wording you agreed to. We use your consent to send GO RELICS launch news and occasional updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe option in our emails.
Tester, museum and historian enquiries
We store your name, email, town, message, submission time and consent wording so we can respond to your enquiry. We rely on the consent you give when submitting. You can withdraw it by contacting us. Sending an enquiry does not add you to the mailing list. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
Where information goes
Native form records are stored in our WordPress database, with access limited to authorised administrators and service providers supporting the site. Enquiry notifications are sent to our administration email. We do not sell your details. If a mailing provider is enabled, its form replaces our native mailing form; the provider receives and processes that sign-up under the information shown with its form.
How long we keep it
We review launch sign-ups every 12 months and remove them when they are no longer needed, or when you withdraw consent. We delete enquiries 12 months after our last contact, unless a continuing relationship requires a separately explained retention period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict processing, or receive a portable copy where the right applies. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and site security
This theme adds no analytics, advertising, tracking cookies or browser storage. Forms use a short-lived security token. For abuse prevention, a hashed network address is held for up to ten minutes; we do not save raw network addresses with form records. Hosting services may keep security logs and WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administrators. External embedded forms may use their own cookies. Fonts included with the theme are served locally.
